Hello
When I receive emails in my company from Lotus Notes, I find them in incoming emails, but just one contact's emails are received in documents and I want to receive them in incoming emails. I need your help; please guide me.

Hello,
Just to clarify: you use Lotus Notes at work, and normally all emails arrive in "Inbox." Except for one of your contacts, the emails you receive from this person are not visible in "Inbox," but you can still see them in the "All Documents" list.
If that's the case, check that you haven't created a rule to automatically sort emails sent by this person. So take a look at the Tools > Rules section in the messaging navigation pane.
