Regid.1991-06.com.microsoft

In looking into C:\ProgramData I see a folder "regid.1991-06.com.microsoft" and I wonder what it could be for
it contains a file "SWIDTAG"

and here is what it says

so I don’t know if I can delete the folder thank you for shedding light on this folder ^^ oh and I put the subject in programming because the content seems to be part of it at least
