Hello everyone.
Under "Program Data," my C drive (system) is used at 87.09% by a Package Cache.

To free up space, can I delete these items, which are all in the form
<< {3ECD99CB-EDAF-45DA-AD9C-2C4875F375FB}v14.16.27012 >>?

I look forward to your replies and thank you a thousand times in advance for your help.

    Hello,

C:\ProgramData is a hidden folder, it’s not visible by default.

Use Windows Disk Cleanup to free up space, including temporary files.

Cleaner, for example, can do it but I don’t recommend it.

    The line → << {3ECD99CB-EDAF-45DA-AD9C-2C4875F375FB}v14.16.27012 >>
v14.16.27012 refers to one of the Visual Studio( NET Framework) installed either by Windows Update or when a software or program that needed it was installed.
If you delete this line, some of your programs will no longer work.
All software installers are registered in this folder. It would fail if you try to uninstall software after deleting this folder.

    I have all of that:

And many are Runtimes (Visual C++ ; Visual Studio)

Control Panel → Programs and Features → Uninstall a program.
    P.S: Don’t uninstall anything.
    v14.16.27012 refers to Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) or (x64)
Look for the Microsoft Visual C++....Redistributable lines

Hide files and folders to avoid messing up your PC.

Good evening Pistouri and thank you for your help and advice.
I will clean up but not uninstall anything, it'll be safer that way.

Have a good evening and a nice weekend.
