Hello, I have a connection problem when the lid is closed and I open it; it takes a lot of time and my intervention to contact me. Wi-Fi internet and moreover the computer seems a bit disrupted at times. PROXIMUS is strengthening the line since 3:15 PM yesterday for 24 hours, then he will contact me again and ????? I have Windows 7 that was working well until a few days ago... Moreover, the updates of ANTIVIRUS ESET NOD are terrible; however, you know, these updates are important....... Thank you for your help and, if you want, reply to me, Thank you.

    Hello,
Since you’re talking about a lid, I assume your PC is a laptop. In laptops, there is an option for the Wi-Fi card to be disabled when the computer is not plugged into power, in order to save battery. The power management for the Wi-Fi card is in the Power Options in the Control Panel. You can also manage the enabling or disabling of the Wi-Fi card via the keyboard, Fn+F2 key.
Your Wi-Fi problem may be coming from there.
    Cheers

Thank you for your advice; I am awaiting PROXIMUS's result around 3:15 PM and I will keep you informed of their diagnosis and the decision taken. Depending on the result, I will act according to your advice and you will tell me what you think! Thank you a thousand times for your help...
