good evening, my Takara mid 99 tablet won't turn on at all, neither reset nor reboot works ??? what to do?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 37.0

    Is it charged... at least?

    If not, did it fall? Did it have something specific happen?

    Even though I think a return for service is necessary for your problem.

      Absolutely not, it fell well charged, bought 15 days ago, returned to customer service in 3 days, walked 4 and then it turned off after freezing.
