Hello,
Since my Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini no longer emits sound through the speaker when I listen to music or when I receive SMS/calls. But when I plug in my earbuds, the sound works. When I remove them, the sound goes off and my phone displays "sound effect only works with headphone mode or Bluetooth headset." Can someone please help me?

Hi,
For the sound effect, it's probably the player that has a sound processing mode which only works through headphones (like the "Tube Amp" effect, for example).
If no sound is emitted through the speaker, it might be out of order.
Since the phone should still be under warranty... returning to customer service is advised. ;-)
There's no need to have a Tiger in your computer if there's a donkey behind the screen... Or a penguin for Linux users, or an apple for Mac users... ;)
