Hello,
I just acquired a new MacBook Pro. The old one was drowned in cold tea. The shop where I bought it still managed to transfer the data from my old Mac to an external hard drive.
I had a huge number of passwords in my Notes application.
Is it possible to retrieve them with a specific path? Or in another way? This is a mess...
Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Mac OS X (10.10.1) / Chrome 42.0.2311.90

Good evening,
in the latest versions of OS X, the Notes data is located here:
to access the user library, you need to go to the Finder's Go menu while holding down the alt key to see the Library line appear, or you can request it to be visible from a presentation options window of your directory, or use a utility like Onyx...
this is because this user library is hidden by default in current OS X versions
To get an appropriate response, always specify your exact system configuration

A bit lost, thanks anyway for your response.
Here’s how the external drive is structured.

Users / your_name / Library / Containers and locate the file "com.apple.Notes",
the operation consists of replacing the old folder "com.apple.Notes", which contains the information, with the new one that is empty.
Thanks again!
Your help would be Greatly appreciated.
