Hello, I have had my Panasonic television for a year now and I usually connect my Western Digital NTFS external hard drive via USB 3.0 to watch MKV files.
Everything was working perfectly until yesterday. When I clicked on the MKV file in question, the TV indicated "unsupported file". I then tried with an AVI but nothing worked except for music and photos.
I then checked the version and noticed that an update had been made the day before. I understood that this was the source of the problem, so I downloaded the previous version to my computer, which I then wanted to install on my TV, but it wouldn't allow it since it detected that it was an older version...
My question is: Is there a possible downgrade or do you have another solution?
Thank you in advance for your responses!

    Hi!

There is a menu for factory reset on Panasonic devices. I don't know your model, but I'm sure such a mode exists on yours.

Thank you for your response, but I'm wondering if a factory reset reinstalls an old version! I will try that and keep you updated!
