How to unlock Windows 7 user account

Hello,
Here is my problem, I will try to be as simple and clear as possible.

The computer is a generic desktop PC.
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, I have only had this Windows 7 Professional for a year, before that I had the same version in 32-bit.

For about 6 months, Windows opens in two stages: it goes to "Welcome", and then it stops at the Administrator icon, I have to click on it either with the mouse or the keyboard. After that, Windows opens normally, there is no problem. It's a PC with only me as the user, so I've never set a password on it. Until about 6 months ago, Windows opened directly, there was no administrator icon.

I removed the administrator name - in the Control Panel and user accounts - (there was no password, just my name as the administrator) because I wanted Windows 7 to start without me having to click on the icon. When I restarted the computer, Windows asked me for my administrator name and password... That's where it gets stuck, I've been trying for several days to find a solution to unlock the system. I feel like I'm going in circles. Thank you in advance to everyone who can help me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 37.0

    Hello,

I solved my problem: unlocking Windows 7.
When Windows is locked due to lack of administrator name and password, you need to right-click on the switch user icon, click ok, and then type a bogus password so that Windows opens and click ok again.
Once in Windows, it's very easy to modify or delete the password by going to the Control Panel => User Accounts =>, clicking on "remove password", typing the bogus password and clicking the "remove password" button. :) As for the administrator icon, I won’t go any further today... I hope my experience regarding this Windows unlocking will help many internet users.
