Hello
my MG 2450 printer is flashing 3 times due to a mishap; I pulled on
a sheet, it came out completely, and now nothing. What should I do?

    Good evening,
The orange light is blinking 3 times, the issue may stem from what is noted below.
Check that the front door for paper exit is properly open.
If you removed a whole sheet, it's possible that another one has jammed the machine causing a paper jam.
It is also possible that paper is stuck in the rear tray.
Make sure there is no paper stuck in the lower tray located at the front of the printer.
    Best regards.

      Hello
thank you for your response but I looked at it completely and found nothing
I called customer service. They told me there was nothing that could be done and given the price of the printer it would cost more than buying a new one
      sincerely

        Hello praline1953,
Of course, easy answer, they are not taking any risks by telling you that there's nothing to be done, without even having seen the machine, that's crazy!!!
Indeed, the repair can be expensive, but by reasoning as they did, they must know what they are talking about and could have given you explanations.
Sorry, if it's a hardware issue, there's not much we can do for you, sorry.
Good luck for what comes next, still!
        Best regards.
