Unable to import mp4 or mts files with Pinnacle Studio 15

Hello,
I just installed Pinnacle Studio HD Ultimate 15 on my PC and I can't import MP4 or MTS files that are on my hard drive to edit them with Pinnacle.
Do you have a solution to import these video files into Pinnacle?

      Good evening, I think that if you are registered you already have them because they need to be saved in a Word file. Now click on "Help" (the question mark), everything is there

      Hello,
      I don't have an activation key with a Word file.
      And in the help section, the link to regenerate it doesn't work because of an HTTP 404 error, the link is invalid.
      No section in the help gives me an activation key.
      I only have the serial number that is displayed.
      And on the Pinnacle site, there's nothing for version 15.

      Hello, to my knowledge, with your name and serial number, you need to retrieve the codes by making a request through the "regenerate codes" page. When I click on regenerate, here is the page I get:
      You will soon receive the following activation keys by email.
      To use this activation key:
      Print or write down the activation key, or refer to your email.
      On the computer running Pinnacle Studio 16 Ultimate, start Pinnacle Studio 16 Ultimate and select "Enter activation keys" from the "Help" menu.
      Enter this activation key in the dialog box that opens with your personal keys, of course.

      However, the page that appears when I click on "regenerate codes" is invalid: error 404.
      My version of Studio is 15Ultimate and dates from 2011, and Pinnacle must have since changed the links to the code download site.
      Could you please provide me with the valid address of the download site for the codes so that I can enter my details?
