Lost sound in editing on PINNACLE STUDIO 15

I made a montage on Pinnacle Studio 15. I should specify that my PC plays my music file fine (so it's not the issue). However, while my project shows all the AUDIO tracks... I can't hear anything... I went back to a previous project that was working well yesterday, and today there's no sound!.... Please let me know what I can do? I've done several montages on Pinnacle and it's the first time this has happened to me... THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP - Best regards.

    Below the preview screen, there is a speaker. Have you accidentally disabled it? If so, it is crossed out. To reactivate it,
    click on it.

    No, the speaker is not blocked, it is normal... In any case, thank you for responding so quickly to my request! If you have any other suggestions, I’m all ears because it’s too frustrating to have worked for nothing on an assembly!

    On the timeline below the video track, there is the audio track of the video.
    On this track, we can see the sound waves, and there is also a solid colored line. If this line is all the way at the bottom, it means the audio of the video is muted. Is that the case?

    I found it! It was really a silly detail, but it's the kind of thing that makes us waste a lot of time! ... On the left of the speaker you mentioned at the beginning of the conversation, there is a horizontal line with a point that indicates the sound volume depending on whether it is on the left or right of this line. I noticed that it often goes to the left when I leave Pinnacle... and that's why I had no sound! ... I just had to reposition it to the right! ... And everything is back to normal!
