Hello,
I am wondering how to achieve a burst photo effect in a video. To be clearer, it's the effect at 59 seconds and 1 minute 18 of this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-dQL01s91o&feature=youtu.be

Sorry if there are any spelling mistakes, and thank you in advance. :)

Hello, to do the same I don't know but to do a slow motion (several image captures) and fade transitions

remember to put "resolved" in your message if that's the case.

Hello, all commercial editing software and the free trial "VideoPad" from Pinnacle Avid.

    Hello,
The effect applied in the reference video (59s and 118s) is a cloning or echo effect.
To achieve this, you need to use masks (a mask is an image in black and/or white to hide part of the video image)
Multiple video tracks are necessary to create this effect.
Tutorials are available on Google: After Effects tutorials or others.
I think Glandu is confusing Pinnacle's VideoSpin with NCH's VideoPad.

Thank you for the help, Dam. I didn't know about the effect you described. No, I'm not confusing; these are two software programs with at least two video tracks, but I don't think these software programs can do that.

Thank you, I will give it a try! So the name of the effect would be echo effect or cloning, thank you for the information.
