Échec de l'analyse antivirus - Google Chrome

Bonjour,
Je suis sur Windows 8 et chaque fois, que je veux télécharger un fichier par Google Chrome, j'obtiens une notification me disant qu'il y a eu "Échec de l'analyse antivirus".
Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider concernant ce problème ?
j'ai déjà téléchargé RogueKiller.exe et voici ce que le scan a donné
