Hello,

I am using Word 2013. I can display the gridlines in all documents (show/hide) except for one of them, which is identical to the others. I went to Layout > Align > Grid Settings, but I didn't find anything to modify.
Do you know the solution to my problem?
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

If you have checked the grid settings and have not checked "Show alignment guides," which disables the grid display but affects all documents, you may have a full-page background image (in the header) of your document.

    Good evening,

    It's indeed strange.
    Here are some ideas:

    - First of all, are you in Page mode? Because the grid doesn't display in Web or Draft mode.
    - When you open the Grid Settings dialog box, what are the values for the horizontal and vertical spacing? Did the commas disappear?

Thank you to M@rina and C-Claire.
I was indeed in page mode and I hadn't checked "Show alignment guides."
The grid settings being identical to those of the other documents, I tried all the combinations of settings. The grid reappeared. For verification, I returned to the same settings as those of the other documents and it is still there.
If I got what I wanted, I still did not understand this oddity.
    Best regards to you,
