Remove the gridlines from a blank page in Microsoft Word Starter
Select the "Page Layout" tab.
On the right, click on "Align." A dropdown menu will appear.
Uncheck the box to the left of the "Show Gridlines" option located at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

And there you go, the gridlines are removed. The end.
