Audio/Video Sync Issues on Orange TV

For some time now, I've had a problem with my Orange TV. There's a delay between the sound and the picture, and it's very unpleasant. I have internet reception (Orange TV) and I use a home theater system.
Can someone please help me?

    Hello,

    You should check all the connections of your decoder at the Ethernet cable level, then restart the box and the decoder. If that doesn't work, I invite you to call one of the two numbers written on the back of the installation booklet of the box.
