      Here, it refers to the ability to trigger the startup of the machine via a PCIe device.       For an 'average' PC user, the interest is low, indeed.

      Every time you use your PC, physically, you'll just be next to the tower, won't you? So you'll be in the right place to start the system by pressing the button on the front of the tower.
