Hello, I am using Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium Edition, Xubuntu 14.10, and Backtrack 5 r3. The problem is that BitTorrent and Transmission get stuck on connecting to peer when I want to download.

I have a freebox with parental control enabled. Could you please help me?
