Hello, I reset my PC because it was shutting down on its own due to a program that was preventing it from functioning, but now it displays this page and I don't have the installation disk which was not provided with the laptop. I would like some help. Thank you!

Hello,
Try this:
- After the BIOS screen, tap the F8 key and try the repair or safe mode, then perform a system restore and a "chkdsk"
- Otherwise, if you don't have any valuable documents and a factory reset is an option for you, try this:
As soon as you start up, press alt + F10 or F10 and follow the instructions...
Best regards

Restore only the operating system if you want to keep your data. Thank you for providing precise information and avoiding messages with little information; it is better to modify your response instead of adding three or four words. :)
Hitting the F8 key means that once the BIOS appears, specifically the "Acer" page, you should tap it; it is not during the Acer page.
Kind regards.

Try starting in all your Acer recovery manager programs

Do you have access to safe mode via F8 after the Acer page?

Do you have anything to burn a CD?

Hello,
Retrieve the ISO of the Windows version of your PC from CCM, then burn the ISO onto a DVD or use the USB stick method with the Rufus utility.
Boot from your medium and select the Repair your startup system mode.
If after the repair it's still the same, you can try to reinsert the faulty winload.exe file by retrieving it from another PC in C:\Windows\System32.
Another option, after recovering your data using one of the methods below, is to install Windows from the DVD support previously created. With the license attached to your PC, you will be able to validate your installation. After that, you will need to recover the drivers from ACER.
Recover your data:
1 - with the Windows installation DVD, choose command prompt then launch Notepad to access Windows Explorer.
2 - with a Linux live CD, either burn the ISO to a DVD or use Unetbootin or Rufus to prepare a bootable USB stick. In both cases, you should not install Linux on the hard drive, only use it in Linux test mode. This option is available just before reaching the desktop or sometimes depending on the version chosen, at the time of boot.
