Hello! ... What bug bit me to try to secure my Samsung mobile ... equipped with a Lycamobile SIM card, no problems, since last August ... Now it asks me for a PUK code! Was I even given one? The SIM, the IMEI number, yes, were in the purchase package. But there’s no PUK trace. A merchant told me this morning that nowadays lightweight devices like Bicphone or Samsung don’t bother with a PUK code anymore. Who to believe and what to do? .... Ouch, I topped up this morning, and I’m all flustered ... Who could help me? .... Message in the bottle ... Pampampaname.

Your PUK code is inside the original packaging; if you no longer have the packaging, contact them at this number 01 77 72 23 22 as indicated here : https://www.lycamobile.fr/fr/help/faq/
