ASUS X53S Audio Driver

Hello,
Sorry to disturb you, but I have a slight (huge) problem with my Asus X53S PC that needs to be sold on Wednesday.
Before the sale, I reinstalled Windows 7 on the PC. Until then, everything is normal!
Once the PC was turned on, I went to the device manager to check the installed drivers (I had graphics card, wifi...)
Once all the drivers were installed, I noticed that the PC had no sound if I removed my headset..

So I checked for the presence of the SOUND driver, there is the Windows one but nothing else...
Could you help me find the sound driver for the Asus X53S?

I just installed a "Realtek High Definition Audio" driver as you told me. Finally, the one from the machine according to ASUS.
In the volume mixer, there is sound, however, still no sound is coming from this PC...
