Hello,

Here is my problem:
My computer starts up correctly, I can hear Windows booting, but the screen goes to sleep.
I tried to boot in safe mode and it works fine there.
I attempted to perform a system restore but I no longer have any restore points!!
Help!! Can anyone assist me???

Thank you for your response.

    Hello.
In safe mode, go to Control Panel and Power Options, click on Change advanced power settings.
See what is mentioned on > Put the computer to sleep.

Who loves instruction! find the knowledge that comes from reflection!
P.S. Frequently create a restore point! it solves quite a few problems.

        It's in the >> Power Options <<
And by setting >> Never <<, do you notice any changes?
