Hello,
I have a Techwood TV that I've had for a year and now it won't work anymore; it shows no signal. I’ve tried to reset it several times by searching for channels, etc., but nothing works. I have the list of channels, but nothing operates! Additionally, the cable for receiving channels is in good condition; I don't know where the issue lies.

    Hello,

    Can you specify the model of the Techwood TV?

    When you say it’s not working anymore, do you have any display or not? Can you access the menus?

    Also, how is your TV connected? Are you on an antenna, on cable, or behind a Box?

    If it’s a Box, is your internet subscription still active? Have you had any billing issues?
