No TV signal Oceanic

Good evening, I recently bought an Oceanic TV model OCEALEDOCEALED32, but as soon as I plug my HDMI into my decoder, I either get no signal or incompatible signal. I have tried several different HDMI cables and various devices. Do you think you could help me?

    OCEALEDOCEALED32 is not the model of your Océanic television. (see the identification plate on the back).

    What are the references (Brand and model) of your decoder?

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

    YOU NEED TO HAVE A BUTTON ON THE REMOTE HDMI, JUST TURN IT ON. I ALSO HAD NO SIGNAL, IT'S A BUTTON ON THE REMOTE, IT SAYS HDMI ON IT. YOU SHOULD NOT GO THROUGH THE SOURCE SETTINGS, IT WON'T WORK.
