Selecline MY 1306P tablet stuck

Hello,

I bought a Selecline my1306p tablet last September at Auchan. Recently, when I turn it on, it gets stuck on the "@9dual core" screen. I tried the reset button and the power + volume +/- buttons but it didn't work. We had a warranty, but unfortunately, I lost the receipt that serves as proof of warranty. Also, I am very inexperienced in computing. Has anyone had the same problem and can tell me what to do???

    Sorry for being late my friend
    Just turn on your Android tablet by pressing the volume + back and star buttons simultaneously
    You will see the little green Android robot, and then you will see a list of update choices. You choose reset factory. Then the line yes etc... and you will return to your reset page.. there you click on reboot now and wait.. leave your tablet for 10 minutes to reset.. and you will be back in order..

      ps I forgot the tablet needs to be plugged into the power supply..

      I too have a SelecLine tablet that won't turn on, and I have also tried this manipulation without results.

      After several attempts, I succeeded. You have to press and hold the power button while simultaneously pressing the volume +/- buttons, and normally that should work.

      Hello, I know it's a bit late, but for those who don't know how to reset a Chinese brand tablet like Selecline Lazer or others
      connect the tablet to the power supply, once done, press volume +, volume - and the button next to it plus the power button, hold them until the charging logo appears, then release the power button and press it once again, make sure to keep holding the previously mentioned buttons
      then the Android logo appears, release everything and press the home button located above the volume down and up buttons until the device restarts, once this is done you will be able to reset your tablet.

        Good evening, I have a Lazer my1306p tablet and it gets stuck on the Lazer page. When I try the above manipulation, it reaches the Lazer page and then turns off. If I press start again, it does the same thing.
        Any ideas?
