Strong 7415 HD demodulator (fault)

Hello,

I have a big problem with my strong 7415. At startup, it goes from boot to on and stays stuck there. I can't get it to start. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8) / Safari 5.1.9

    same problem as you on a 7415hd and on a 6410 non-hd

        The obsolete SD Mpeg 2 demodulators for Tntsat:

        plan their replacement with HD Mpeg 4 models by June for the Canalsat packages, and by the end of 2015 for Tntsat... according to C+

        The current and occasional problems are due to a software update from the C+ group.

      At my place, everything has been working normally since 10:30 this morning; it was due to Stong.

    The same problem since last night, Strong 7415 keeps rebooting constantly ..... (Boot, On, Boot, On ....)

    Has anyone contacted Strong?

    Hello,

    Same issue with the SRT6415 decoder.

    Technical service STRONG unreachable in France, I contacted Luxembourg. The problem does not come from the decoders but from the broadcasters. They are doing their best to resolve the issue.

    Several brands of decoders are affected, and there is nothing we can do on our side. We just have to wait and regularly unplug and plug it back in to see if it works again.

    At my place too, the outage was from Strong this morning; stores were selling decoders to people under the pretext that they were out of order!!!!!

    The problem resolved itself. I just turned on my demo and it's working very well. There must have been a bug somewhere.
