Problem with my HP Deskjet F4580 printer

Hello,
I have a little problem, I just bought my HP DeskJet F4580 printer second-hand, and it doesn't print anything at all. The network works, and it starts up with the USB, but then nothing, the sheet comes out completely blank while the symbols indicating the ink level are half full. Could you give me some advice, please? I’m completely desperate..

      I would like to clean them, but I can't get the cartridges out and I'm afraid to force it and break something..
