Vectorize a distorted arch-shaped text

Hello,

As mentioned in the title, I would like to vectorize a text in arc, but I couldn't as soon as I distorted it the word vectorize became grayed out.
What should I do?

    You go to Object/decompose the aspect, and you're good to go ;)
