Biensur il n'existe aucune solution. Tu fais des test et tu trouve ce qui cloche...
Il est important de toujorus déclarer les marges, espace, etc.. IE a tendance a avoir des valeurs par défaut tandis que firefox non.

En général, IE voit légèrement plus petit que Firefox ou Opera
Faut soit:
- régler tout ça sur base Firefox, ça ne nuira pas à IE sauf espaces plus larges
- soit passer via un CSS conditionnel pour IE, histoire d'avoir un affichage exacte entre les navigateurs (pour les maniacs).

oui et non... je dirais qu'il faut que tu travailles en simultané sur IE (6) et firefox. en effet, le rendu firefox et IE7 sera normalement le même, mais tu risque alors de rencontrer des problèmes d'affichage sur IE6 ;-)

tu ne te souvisns pas de mon site ? tu y avais passé un peu de temps (on ne s'était pas compris d'ailleurs - pour changer :-D ) ... et sous IE6, y'a vait des décallages pourris (10 cm en haut de l'écran, duplication d'images dans des div, etc...)
et c'est du tout css ;-)

ce pourquoi, en général, je privilégie le CSS conditionnel. Ce qui permet de bidouiller pour IE sans aucun changement pour les autres navigateurs.
Le défaut est qu'il y a 2 css à mettre à jour (si changement), mais c'est peu d'inconvénients par rapport au casse tête de mettre tout le monde d'accord.
Le CSS basique est assez bien compris par IE, mais les avantages que procure le CSS offre généralement une grande déconnade sous IE (du moins IE6 car le 7, connais pas) :-)
