Hello,
I was a Bouygues customer, and the problem is that from the beginning they didn't understand my request. I had another person who kindly tried to unlock the SIM card, but that's not at all what I asked for. I may have expressed myself poorly because I don't know the exact word, and in the end, I was charged 7 euros and 50 cents. I just wanted to unlock the PUK code of my phone to use my Orange SIM card. Invoice 11044955231214, I was taken advantage of.

You just need to call them to ask to unlock your phone and to refund the charges they billed you.
However, they will be closed today...
