Good evening,
What is the problem exactly?
This is entirely normal.
Best regards.

Re,
If you want to remove it, you can install this extension ==> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/status-4-evar/
Once Firefox is restarted, right-click next to a tab and uncheck "Status Bar"
Best regards.

It's not so useless after all...
By hovering over it, you can see which page it will redirect you to if you click on this link... In short, it can be lifesaving in case of a corrupted link....
Nevertheless, it might be possible to disable this feature, but for that, you'll need to search in the advanced functions of the browser.... (see the help sections of it)
Cheers!
Do you have more details on how to disable this feature?
That's why I'm suggesting you look in the help section....
