TNT connection / Video projector

Salut à tous
I'd like to buy a video projector, but is it possible to connect my projector to the TNT box without going through the TV?
Basically, can my video projector replace my TV? If yes, is it with the SCART cables? Thanks for your responses
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello
There is no reason why it shouldn't work. For the connection cables, they depend on the inputs and outputs of your devices. Scart or RCA for the TNT, RCA for the video projector. How to respond exactly without seeing the equipment? See you later....Chris

Hi there, don't listen to the false pros on this site.
I connected my Optoma HD video projector to my HD TNT box with an "HDMI/DVI" cable (30€ at Saturn, Thomson brand), HDMI plug on the TNT box and DVI on the projector, and to connect it to the computer, an old VGA/VGA cable works fine. That's all there is to it because there isn't a real answer regarding this question. Good luck.

Hello Jay, I read the post, you have an Optoma, they say good things about the HD 65, which model did you choose? I also have an Optoma from 4 years ago with 800X600, excellent.
P.S. For the connection, I have a dual tuner decoder (but SD), a Peektoon 1750 with a hard drive to record. I power the projector with a YUV component cable (3RCA) and a VGA adapter.

Thank you Chris, but actually I want to buy a video projector, but first I need to know if it is possible to connect my TNT and the projector while removing the TV. Thank you for all your answers, present or future.

Good evening
There is no reason why it shouldn't work; You need to connect a video output from the TNT tuner, preferably RCA for the length of the cables, to the video input of the projector. The TV is unnecessary in this case.
Talk to you later for the result. Chris

Behind my video projector, there is a socket marked DC IN.
