Hello everyone,

So here it is, I've got a little problem, I would even say a big problem...
I ordered a pair of shoes on the Aliexpress website. I made my payment by credit card on November 25, 2014, and the seller shipped them on November 26, 2014. It has been almost a month now and I still haven't received my order at home... Moreover, I don't understand English very well and even less Chinese lol! So, I must admit that I'm completely lost, and I really need help.
I would like to know where my order stands, and especially why it is taking so long? I'm really worried; I'm very afraid of not receiving my order...
I went on a Chinese website to track my package, and I'm attaching the photo. I would also like to know who is responsible for my package once it arrives in France? What service?
I hope to get some help from you; it would be really nice! In the meantime, I wish you all a joyful holiday season.

When it arrives in France, it's at customs .................. that checks or not
In case of trademark infringement, the package is destroyed with or without a fine depending on the value of the package

Now no one knows what happened to your shoes!!!

First of all, thank you for getting back to me.
Indeed, these are imitations of a big brand, I paid 58 € for them. In your opinion, is it the delivery that is taking time, or is it simply that customs destroyed them?

Otherwise, you can go to Kehl to Lidl, it's cheaper and you can try them on too.
