Inviting and joining a session is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Help please

Hello, I’m playing Grand Theft Auto V online (GTA 5) on the PS3 super slim and I can’t join or invite friends. For example, I go to the menu, then to friends, I choose the player I want to join, and it says: join the game (disabled).
And when I try to join, it tells me "before you can join another player, both you and this player need to complete the introduction to GTA Online," even though I have already completed the GTA Online introduction, I’m even level 84 (if I want to invite a player to the game, it does the same, but I can invite if I’m in an activity (mission, survival, confrontation, etc...)
Please help me
