Hello,
I have two computers: a desktop and a laptop. I burned out the wifi key of my desktop. I ordered a new one, which will arrive in a week.
Since my laptop has a built-in wifi antenna, I wanted to know if it is possible to turn my laptop into a modem (basically into a wireless access point), and therefore be able to receive the internet on the desktop by connecting it to the laptop with an Ethernet cable.
I look forward to your response!!!
Thank you for your help!

Hello,
What you want to do is feasible simply by creating a network bridge:
Click on Start, then on Control Panel.
In the search box, type network adapter, then under Network and Sharing Center, click on View network connections.
Hold down the Ctrl key and select each network connection to be added to the bridge. In your case, you need to select your Ethernet network adapter and your WiFi network adapter.
Right-click on one of the selected network connections, then click on Bridge Connections.
Normally, it's done :D !
Come back and let me know how it goes ;).
Best regards,
