How to increase storage space on PS3

Hello,
I bought the game Far Cry 4, but when I try to play it, it tells me to add a hard drive because there isn't enough space?

    Either you buy a USB flash drive with at least 128 GB
    Or you buy an external USB hard drive

    Hi, a USB key or an external hard drive won't run your game, it's just for storage. You either need to delete some games from your hard drive or install a larger internal hard drive, especially if you have a drive that's only 12 GB.

      What model is it?

      Whether you bought it last year, on Tuesday, or today, if it's a 12GB model it's normal; there’s simply no disc inside, it’s flash memory.

      Far Cry 4 (PS3) is 10.6GB just for the installation, knowing that the system also takes about 2GB, so logically you don't have enough..

      If it's downloaded from the store, it's worse; you need double the size: 10.6GB to download + 10.6GB for the installation, which makes 21.2GB.
