Hello,

<config>Windows Vista / Firefox 34.0</config
In November, a virus was detected by Avast, and during its removal, I noticed the error codes "42125 and 42144. I don’t know if that’s why I can no longer scan from the printer to my computer, so I uninstalled the HP program but cannot reinstall it because Windows shuts down my computer due to a problem

Also, I can no longer open my photos directly from the desktop; I have to go through Photofiltre, otherwise I get this message user/desktop/ dscn... is not a valid win 32 application, but I previously had an attack by this virus,

I don’t know if all this is related and what I can do to fix it. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

    Follow this FRST tutorial: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-farbar-recovery-scan-tool-frst/
    This will generate three FRST reports:
    * FRST.txt
    * Shortcut.txt
    * Additional.txt

    Send these three reports as explained on the pjjoint site and provide the three pjjoint links to these reports so they can be consulted.

    I fixed the printer issue, but I still have this problem:

    Some advice:

    Install Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
    Perform regular scans with it; it is effective.
    (unless you are on a netbook)

    To prevent malicious sites, you can install Blockulicious: https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=46656&start=

    To avoid being caught again.
