Hello, I have a problem with my JVC mini DV camcorder; it doesn't want to record, and I can't take out the cassette. It shows "device in save mode, remove and replace the battery," which I have done, but nothing works. Thank you for your help.

    Hello, your device is part of prehistory! Try one thing! Turn the power button to "on," remove the battery, and press the "rec" record button. The goal is for your device to completely discharge the capacitors, etc.! Wait at least 5 minutes before turning it off and putting the battery back in. Maybe it will work!
