Bonjour
ma tablette ne démarre plus et reste bloquée sur "samsung". J'ai essayé de la démarrer en charge de brancher et débrancher le chargeur, de l'éteindre en laissant 30 sec appuyé. .. rien n'y fait. Avez vous une solution? Merci

Si tu comprends l'anglais voici les étapes à suivre :
Press and hold the Volume up button then press and hold the Power button.
When the Samsung logo appears, release all.
Select wipe data/factory reset. (Use the Volume buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.)
Select Yes -- delete all user data.
Select reboot system now.
Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.
