Hello, I am trying to open and print a filled PDF online (vehicle non-pledge certificate) but when I try to open it, the message appears "The data provided to the PDF production service is invalid." So I can no longer view or print it. I have ACROBAT on the PC, which should normally open this type of file, but I still get this error message. I would like to know where the issue lies, thank you for your help.

Hello yannick1483
Do you have Adobe Reader?
If not, try it and see if you still get the same error
=> download it here
Good luck

Hello, after some thought I would lean towards this scenario, thanks for the info, I'll keep you updated, have a good Sunday.
I just installed version 7 and the same thing, so I'm putting on my spelunking helmet and I'm off to search for the grail, here we go!!!
Good luck with your research then ;-D

Oh no, earlier versions are not compatible with Vista, so I'll take a screenshot and that'll be it; but the "administration" in a broad sense is not keeping up technologically, I really think it comes from the obsolescence of the files, France is "moving forward!!!" thank you anyway.
No worries, sorry for not being able to help you more than that!!
Can't you contact them through this online service for your certificate of non-pledge?
Then ask them to send you another one at worst!!
Good luck
Best regards, Gabindu44

I will request a mail shipment, I’ve taken a screenshot that looks pretty clean but not very neat anyway, thank you.

You surprise me!!
Hoping he sends it to you by mail now :-D
Otherwise, have you tried with Adobe Reader?
Come on, good luck to you

Hello,
If this is a message from the site, the phrase "The data provided to the PDF production service is invalid." leads me to believe that it is the online service that cannot create the PDF file because the information you provided is incomplete or incorrect.

I don't know any more than you do, but I'm looking for answers.
