How to play 2 players on the same console in FIFA 14?

Hello,

IMPOSSIBLE to connect a 2nd controller on FIFA 14!
When I turn on the 2nd one, we choose a user and it replaces the 1st one...so there's always only one player...
The best I could do is to connect the 2nd controller with the cable, choose "guest" as the user, and we can play together but on the same team!!!

Help!!!!

I bought FIFA 14 and a 2nd controller for my son and it doesn't work

How do we play together on PS4 locally and especially each with our own team!
