La formule en G7 qui traduit exactement ta question est
=SI(OU(J14="Non";J14="Non");1;2)
et signifie : J14 contient toujours "Non" donc G7 affiche toujours 1 et jamais 2 !

Si l'énoncé avait été "Si J14= Non alors G7= 1 mais Si J14= Oui alors G7=2", alors la formule aurait été =SI(J14="Non";1;2) ou encore =SI(J14="Non";1;SI(J14="Oui");2;"")
C'est bien, la retraite ! Surtout aux Antilles ... :-)
