Internet issues when it's hot

Hello,

when the temperature is above 10° or when it's sunny for a long time, my Livebox often disconnects (about once every 5 minutes)
but never in the evening when night falls, I have had no disconnections at all...

If you need more information, feel free to ask, hoping that someone can answer my question ;)

    Hello,

    Is there anything on the box that would cause it to overheat? Is it not too close to a heat source (fridge, heating, ...)? Otherwise, consider asking for a new box if this one is defective.

      There is nothing that could produce heat nearby except for the wood fireplace, but it's only active in winter and my live box disconnects the most in summer ^^
      Otherwise, we've already changed the live box and even had a technician come, but he told us he didn't understand why I was losing 3-4 megabytes of connection between the pole and my live box :/
