Issues with Firefox updates

Good evening,
for a few days I have been getting a message from Firefox:
Firefox is being updated by another instance
and it is not updating.
What should I do?
A scan with ADWcleaner doesn't change anything.

    Hello,

    Launch Firefox
    In the address bar, type --> about:support
    Click on --> Reset Firefox
