Hello!
So actually, I ordered a pair of pants from Stradivarius. Standard delivery was about €6 and express delivery was free. So of course, I chose express delivery. The delivery person came and left a delivery notice because I wasn't home when they came. On the delivery notice, it says "DHL has returned your shipment to our agency for pickup" and at the bottom, there’s the website address to reschedule a delivery. I then went to the website, entered my tracking number, my address, etc. and requested delivery to a pickup point. However, when I click on "pickup point," a blank page appears with my address in small print and I can’t do anything. I then tried requesting delivery to my home. All week, I can’t pick up my package except on the weekend. And of course, they don’t operate on the weekend.
So I would really like for us to find a solution to retrieve my package.
