Blackberry Q10 restarting in a loop

Hello, I have a problem with my Blackberry Q10. It keeps restarting constantly. The red light comes on, then the Blackberry logo appears, and then it turns off, and the red light reappears, and so on.
I have seen on several forums that I need to update the OS, but I don’t know how to do it.
Please help me!

    I forgot to mention that my operator was Bouygues Telecom.
