Can you connect your PC to Wi-Fi without a network card?

Hello!

Here's my problem: I want to put my PC in my bedroom (yes, I'm a kid), it's currently on a small table in the living room of my apartment.

My PC can only connect to the Internet via Ethernet cable, the router being in another room, so I can't connect via Ethernet unless I have a 10m long cable.

Is there a way to connect to Wi-Fi with my PC that doesn't have a network card?

I've heard about external network cards. Are there specific specifications for each card? How to choose one?

Sorry in advance for my childish writing and thank you for your responses!

Good evening, there are USB WIFI keys!!!
- You plug it into your PC like a USB stick
- You wait a bit for the program to download
- You click on WiFi networks and you have the whole list,
- just connect!
