My PC doesn't recognize my Bbox, but it detects other networks!

Hello,

My laptop connects without any problem at the office to a wired internet network, or even at friends' places on wifi. However, it refuses to connect to my brand new fiber Bbox!
The error messages in the Network and Sharing Center are: "limited access," "network connection does not have a valid IP configuration," or "unidentified network."
Help! Does anyone have a solution?

    Go to Network Connections, right-click on your connection and select Properties. Choose TCP/IP Protocol, then Properties. Check the box: "Obtain an IP address automatically" and the one: "Obtain DNS server address automatically."
