    Hi,
apparently the problem can be caused by several things, including a faulty RAM stick or a virus affecting the BIOS, and it seems that it's the second issue for you :(
And if that's the case, you'll need to flash your BIOS (basically reinstall it)

By the way, have you tried this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czmZ2HFx6q4?

Hi, I saw the video a little while ago, but I don't have the same commands as him starting from 42 seconds.

And what do I need to do to reinstall my BIOS?
      Thanks in advance.

That’s where it gets a bit complicated; if you have access to another computer and a USB stick ready to be formatted (temporarily), it would make things easier for us.
Then, to find your BIOS, I would need the model number of your PC.

I have access to another computer and I have a USB key, I just need to remove the files from it or do I need a special USB key?

By the way, I just tried a new command on cmd "chkdsk C:/f /r" and it says it didn't detect any errors (if that can help, I'm saying it)

My PC doesn't have a brand, it was built, it's almost 4 years old, soon 5 years.

And for the USB key, put the files elsewhere (if you consider them worth saving) and you'll need to use special software to handle them.

    Hi,

I don't want to discourage you, but after extensive research online, the only one who solved this problem did it with Malwarebytes. Everyone else ended up reinstalling Windows.

If you can't boot normally, you'll need to remove the hard drive to connect it as a secondary drive and run the scan on it. Otherwise, you can install Windows without formatting, so you'll have both systems side by side on C:\ One folder for Windows and another with a new name, Windows000.

This is the backup solution without having to recover everything.

No problem, do you have any idea or another tutorial or topic on the internet to help me? Because I can't format my PC, I really have too many important files.

      Thank you :)

That's what I had read too, but if the issue affects the BIOS, reformatting Windows won't change much, will it?

Anyway, I thank you very much for using your time to help me.

I think I will start with this

"If you can't start normally, you'll need to remove the hard drive to connect it as a secondary and run the analysis on it."

      Because I don't have a Windows CD.

I will try to take it apart and see where the hard drive is; usually, I don't do it because I'm terrible at it, and on top of that, I'm clumsy xD, Gamer-Actu, do you know how to disassemble and everything? Could you help me if I take pictures inside my PC and all?
